Ricardo's Funserver In-game Rules. (New version).

This post is intended to do the following:
  • Provide players with the rules of the server.
  • Provide players with the punishment for the breaking of a certain rule.
  • Provide administration an idea of what punishment would be suitable for each rule.
RULE 1 - Respect all community members.

The rule includes but not is limited to: Insulting, banter, racism, name-calling.

PUNISHMENT: Punishment for breaking this rule will depend on the severity of the situation. Anything minor, administrators are encouraged just to mute the offending player as a warning, and if behavior continues, they are encouraged to kick, then ban the offending player. Anything that qualifies as severe to the administrator, such as extreme racism, or extremely hurtful insults, the administrator is encouraged to ban the offending player.
RULE 2 - No 3rd party resource to gain an advantage over other players.

This rule includes but not is limited to the use of the following: S0biet, CLEO Mods, any sort of trainer, Aim-bot, health generator.

EXCEPTION: The exception to this rule is only the use of the CLEO mod Emergency Lights and texture mods.

PUNISHMENT: The punishment for breaking this rule will be a permanent ban. It is up to the administrator who banned the offending player if they deserve to come back.
RULE 3 - No advertising of another San Andreas Multiplayer Community

This rule includes but is not limited to: The advertisement of another SA-MP community, or anything that has relations to another SA-MP community.

PUNISHMENT: The punishment for breaking this rule will be a permanent ban. It is up to the administrator who banned the offending player if they deserve to come back.
RULE 4 - No asking for any administrator position within the community.

This rule includes but is not limited to: Asking for any sort of position within the community that would give the offending player any sort of administrative power. This also includes any type of forum moderator position as-well.

PUNISHMENT: Administrators are encouraged to give the offending player a warning. If behavior continues, administrators should mute the offending player. If behavior continues, the offending player should then be kicked. If behavior still continues in extreme cases, the administrator may ban the offending player. As for the offending player, asking for any administrative position may disqualify that player from any future administrative position within the community.
RULE 5 - No Multi-Accounting

This rule includes but is not limited to: Using another account on the same I.P address.

EXCEPTION: You may use another account if you have a sibling on the same network. If any trouble arises, please inform administration.

PUNISHMENT: If the offending player abuses the Multi-Account system, by creating numerous accounts, the player will be subject to a ban and the date of unban to be decided by the banning administrator.
RULE 6 - No Spamming

This rule includes but is not limited to: Continuously flooding the chatbox of the client. Spamming commands. Becoming a nuisance just by flooding.

PUNISHMENT:The administrator is encouraged to mute the offending player as a warning. If behavior continues, the administrator is encouraged to kick the offending player. If the behavior still continues, the administrator is encouraged to issue a ban at a length of time the administrator decides on.
RULE 7 - No Private Messaging Administrators about Administrative Decisions.

This rule includes but is not limited to: Bothering administrators about decisions made on offending players. Players are encouraged to file an administrator complaint on the forums, which will be handled by the Owners of the community.

PUNISHMENT: Administrators are encouraged to ban the offending player at their own discretion for a set amount of time at their own discretion as well.
RULE 8 - No Scamming Other Players.

This rule includes but is not limited to: Scamming players for donation status. Scamming players out of their house or any property on the server.

PUNISHMENT: Breaking this rule will result in the offending player receiving a permanent ban from the community with no chance of ever returning to the community.
RULE 9 - Recommended to Keep Your Account to Yourself.

The rule includes but is not limited to: Selling your account. Giving away your password on purpose.

PUNISHMENT: Although it is not a punishable offense it is recommended to keep your password to yourself. If you purposefully give your password to another player, you will not receive a refund of any kind, if that player sells your property or any item you own. It is the players own discretion if they want to give away a password to their account, but it is extremely discouraged.
